Riften, home of the Thieves Guild and the handiwork of Laast who cleaned up this crime riddled town.  It now looks like a town that even the most timid traveler would visit and not realize what was going on beneath the city. Time to grab those brooms and spruce up Riften with Laast supervising the work.  These are textures only. How can we argue with that?
