Vilja pointed at a stack of papers:  Isn’t that the mission paperwork he gave you?

OBIS Agent Lurren:  You always send that as well because he likes to match his orders to what is being reported on. Gives him something to do and buys the agents more time in between submitting reports. He always checks for dotted I’s and crossed T’s and ink can be messy.
