We love the houses and this one is very cool. It’s so different in its design. At first glance you think that’s a lumber-mill with the style of the outer house. The modder is still learning to expand their modding skills so if you use, please show your support by endorsing their work. The house is fully navmeshed and it does require Dawnguard, HearthFires and Dragonborn expansions.
