Not a mod but bat files that you can use within the game from the console. There are several files that you place directly into the Skyrim directory, these do not go under the Data folder. When you are in need of more ingredients you open the console, type bat filename and hit Enter. Not all the ingredients are listed in these files and you can add in any missing or remove any you do not want on the list. Quite handy if you aren’t interested in harvesting or in a pinch and need an ingredient quickly.
